Pro-Tan process begins

I have a tan, but I need to apply a dark dark dark tan..paint style.

Here's my gear

Sponges, Pro-tan, Comet (for in between toes and fingers in case I screw up and need to scrub off), latex gloves, instructions...and my helper

It took about 10 minutes to paint on, then I stood there for 30 minutes to dry off, and then reapplied.

2 coast down...2 more coats tomorrow evening...voila, my first layer went pretty well, my teeth look white!!

I'm carb depleted and feeling tired and cold..tomorrow I start the carb loading phase, chicken, rice/yams several times tomorrow and oatmeal and banana after my morning cardio....that cardio is going to be tough...but the end result will be worth it.
